During my recent flail with the download of the latest Beta, Don and his crew were extremely helpful and prompt about being so. Any of you cats who've ever had dealings with Microsoft support personnel know how refreshing that is. They sell you a product with defects and then charge you to ask how to fix it. With Don and AGSI, I always feel like I'm dealing with friends.
