I just got an EMail from Russell Sharp saying b17 is available for download. I can't find anything later than b15, and I never have seen b16, if there even was a b16. Does anyone have a location for b17?

Thanx:

b17 is for the AGSI beta team so if you are a part of that, the location is posted at AGSI's forum for HC beta testing. I'm sure there is still time to beg and plead with Uncle Poon (Don Gilman) to be a part of the testing.

Is there any indication of when the next version of HC (Commander's Edition?) will be available for sale to the public? Thank ye ...

When the unpaid beta testers and the grossly underpaid members of the Team get done beating bugs out of it :popcornsmilie:

Boats, who been there, done that, don't need another t-shirt. Took way too much time away from my family, and don't want to do that again.

Don't be so hard-hearted, Boats. After all, it's not often we get to point out a software bug and think someone's actually paying attention.

There is a bit of humor on Matrix HCCE forum, my latest prognostication is mid January, the counter-prognistication there is mid February, only time will tell, only thing that is for sure is you won't see it ready tomorrow ;)

Thanks, Tony. I hope it's the earlier date, really looking forward to getting my hands on that puppy ... B) ... but I do concur that 'good later' is better than 'buggy now'. Thanks for all the hard work to everyone involved, I did enough testing on one of the earlier versions to know what a pain it can be. Merry Christmas (or whatever other mid-winter festival you may celebrate) to all! B)

Not hard-hearted...meant, "it takes time, and most of the people doing the testing have "real " lives". I had more than a few less than pleasant discussions with Don about shipping dates and testing due to this.
