Not strictly Harpoon related, but I thought some of the users might find it interesting. It's a political simulation game where you get to inherit leadership of a Central American country and try to pick your cabinet and make the whole thing work. The graphics are fairly dated, but the game is a lot of fun. It hasn't been sold for years, but Jim Gasperi, the author, will send you a copy gratis if you A. promise feedback, and B, promise a donation to one of the charities he mentions. No cash up front. I highly recommend it.
